For Credit Card/ Debit Card Payment:
Step 1: After your order is delivered, tap the “Give Tip” button in the app.
Step 2: Enter the tip amount you wish to give.
Step 3: Confirm the payment. The tip is processed via your selected card.
Step 4: You’re all set! Your tip is sent directly using the card payment.
Note: The tipping option appears only for card payments.
For Cash/ GCash / Paymaya Payment:
Step 1: Open the Pick•A•Roo app and go to the in-app chat feature after delivery.
Step 2: Request the GCash or PayMaya QR code of your shopper or rider.
Step 3: Send your tip via the QR code using your preferred e-wallet.
