Step 1: Open the PICK•A•ROO app, select your store, and add items to your cart.
Step 2: Tap the Cart icon, then hit Checkout in the bottom-right corner.
Step 3: On the checkout screen, you will see a Convenience Fee and a Delivery Fee, each with a “?” icon beside it. Tap the icon to view a detailed breakdown of how each fee is calculated.
- Example rates from the app’s launch: Shopper fee (convenience) around ₱88 and delivery fee around ₱80, totaling an introductory service fee of ₱168.
