Step 1: Open the Pick•A•Roo app and navigate to your Account page.
Step 2: Tap the Change button beside your current registered mobile number.
Step 3: Enter your new number in the format +63 followed by your 11-digit mobile number. Ensure this number isn’t already linked to another Pick•A•Roo account.
Step 5: You will see a pop‑up informing you that a confirmation code (OTP) will be sent—tap OK to proceed.
Step 6: Enter the OTP sent to your new number. If you didn’t receive it, select Resend Code. If an OTP has not been received, just click Resend Code. If you don’t receive the OTP, tap Resend Code.
Step 7: Enter the correct OTP and tap Continue.
Step 8: A confirmation pop-up will notify you that your number has been successfully updated—tap OK to finalize.
