Pick.A.Roo

Step 1: Open your Pick.A.Roo app and kindly go to your “Account” page.

Step 2: Once you are on your "Account" page, click "Change" which you can see beside your current registered mobile number.

Step 3: Input the new mobile number you wish to use. Make sure that it will start with +63 and be followed by your 11-digit mobile number and has not yet been used in any other Pick.A.Roo Account.

Step 4: Once the new number has been inputted, click "Save."

Step 5: There will be a pop-up message that indicates that you will receive a confirmation code, and then just click "OK."

Step 6.1: You will be directed to a page where you need to input the OTP, and an OTP will be sent to your new mobile number.

Step 6.2: If an OTP has not been received, just click "Resend Code."

Step 7: Make sure to input the correct OTP; once input, click “Continue."

Step 8: There will be a pop-up message that you have successfully changed your registered number. Just click "OK" and you have already changed your mobile number.
